Spacious two bedroom apartment in Bologna, with balcony, located on the second floor of an ancient building (without lift), with entrance in the very central Via Mascarella, a few minutes' walk from Piazza Maggiore.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

This functional 72 m2 apartment takes up the composition of the typical houses of Bologna and overlooks an internal courtyard, making it extremely quiet, ideal for those who want to experience the city center in an environment of serenity and privacy. The air conditioning works through two splits: one in the living room and another in the master bedroom.

The entrance door leads into the bright and spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 diners. The living room communicates directly with the American-style kitchen, equipped with all comforts, including a microwave oven and an electric oven.

The sleeping area offers a large double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe. Guests have at their disposal a second small bedroom, equipped with a single bed and a table complete with chairs.

The apartment has a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
